Portfolio

Since 2016, I’ve been working on videogame music, having contributed to several projects. I am a member of Team Moritz, Espectroteam and the composer at Bitnamic/Teknamic.

Starting in late 2018, started work in new videogames for retro platforms, like the ZX81, ZX Spectrum, MSX and Amstrad CPC. I have worked mostly in international projects with people from several countries, like Spain, Germany, England, Brazil, Argentina, etc.

Also worked on Global Game Jam 2017 in two games, have made music for four games in different Ludum Dare events and have also been making music for Massive Galaxy, Proxima Centauri and Luckyshot West – all still in development. In 2021 I worked on Mr. Hair & The Fly Redux, my biggest project so far with 7 original songs!

Here are some of the highlights, you can currently hear all of the music I’ve made for released games on my Bandcamp page. Full detailed list is available here.

Here are some of the highlights for the ZX Spectrum, please follow this link for a showreel:

I have also worked with Mario Cavalcanti, responsible for Clube MSX, making the theme music to the disk magazine, to Slime Race (2019), The Well of Nagata (Unreleased), Jewels and War from Beyond (2020):

There’s also some of my work on the Amstrad CPC, as I’ve made the soundtrack also for Moritz the Striker and Moritz on the Autobahn, but Team Moritz has plans for more games in the future!

I was also lucky enough to be part of a very special project, the re-release of a 1986 brazilian game for the ZX81, to which I added music – Em Busca dos Tesouros. A ZXpand-AY or similar item will be necessary as a stock ZX81 doesn’t have sound capabilities:

Recently I was able to contribute with my music to the ZX Spectrum Museum – LoadZX, making an original song for the intro of the videos and lives published on their channel. I’ve also contributed with several of my songs made for videogames to be played during breaks or on the countdown before the videos.

This is the small edit of the song made for the intro, a longer version can be heard at the end during the credits and sponsors part.

Other projects I was involved in recently are the music to the menu of the Blu-Ray edition of Paul Jenkinson’s The Spectrum Show and the Youtube intro to Brotheretro’s Youtube channel. More coming soon…
